CIO Holdings was formed on January 1, 2006 as a holding company for Babush Material Handling Systems and Bevco Engineering Company. Since then, Consumer Care Products was acquired by CIO Holdings. The three operating companies keep their identities in their respective markets while CIO Holdings provides administrative and financial resources that are shared among the operating companies.

Bevco Engineering Company, Incorporated is a custom electrical control systems designer and manufacturer. In addition to our electrical control systems, Bevco also designs and manufactures fiberglass shelters. Our products can be found in a variety of industries including food service, medical, manufacturing and water treatment.
The company was started by Fran Schoenauer in 1965. Fran had been asked to design electrical controls for pump houses. Once the design was submitted, Fran was asked to build the controls so he began doing so part-time out of his garage. Bill Kellen joined Fran in 1967 when they both took the company to full time. Our founders built and moved operations into our former building, located in Milwaukee, in 1975. Fran bought out Bill in 1982. In November of 1995, our President, Chris Shult, purchased the company from Fran.
